Be careful if your deployment is 圆4 or x86 the command below applies only to 圆4 but you can modify it to adjust the path for x86. I had to cheat SnagIt and creating a CMD file with the command below in order to have the process on "Startup" and even without an icon the process will appear on the task bar and also minimized with the /i switch. If it does turn out to be something Opus is doing incorrectly, we'd be happy to investigate, but we'd need to be told what to investigate first as we have no way to find out why another component is beeping.Ok, here you are the Auto Launch solution ! (It's also possible the beep isn't coming from TeraCopy at all, or that it is but the fault lies elsewhere. If a recent TeraCopy update changed the handling of it, it could be something they are trying to work on but can't reproduce themselves. It might be worth reporting back to the TeraCopy author, in case it is TeraCopy that is beeping and it helps the author track down the problem. That suggests something may still be wrong (or doing something that the author of whatever is beeping didn't expect, whether right or wrong), but maybe now the component is at least checking for the wrong situations and bailing out (with a beep) instead of continuing and crashing. (So when you make a change and it keeps beeping, you know something's gone wrong.) It's usually more for debugging purposes than something that's meant to happen on anyone else's machine. Sometimes when software encounters an error that shouldn't happen, but has no way to display an error message, the authors will make it beep.

I have run debugview and if I am reading it correctly it is point to TeraCopy as a cause. Suddenly, it has started to crash whenever I right click on anything. I have been using Directory Opus for several years and have never had a problem with it.
